Yobiyose Express Travel Agency (YXP) will handle hotel bookings according to the booking request received from guests.
We will notify guests through email about alternative options if the requested hotel is fully booked.
We will send a credit card invoice via email when a room is reserved at the requested hotel (please note that the booking is not yet finalized at this stage).
The reservation will be canceled if the credit card payment is not processed within 72 hours following a successful booking.
Upon successful credit card payment, YXP will issue and send a Hotel Confirmation Slip to the guest.
The hotels listed below are located within a 10-minute walk from the workshop venue.
Priority is given to booking non-smoking rooms.
The room fee includes consumption tax (breakfast is not included).
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in time are free of charge. Otherwise, a one-night room fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Please pay attention to your spam or junk mail folders after registration or hotel reservation, since these confirmation emails sometimes go to the spam/junk mail folders.
